About your new role
The Divisional Coordinator will lead the coordination of parliamentary requests including Budget Estimates and Questions on Notice while managing a centralised mailbox and ensuring the timely allocation of briefing and correspondence requests to relevant teams. You will utilise and provide staff training on record management systems like CM9 and InReach to maintain efficient administrative workflows.
Beyond administrative oversight, you will provide essential policy and project support to the Office of the Executive Director, undertaking research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drafting high-quality briefs and reports.
